Fair Weather Farms is located right outside of Athens, in Monroe, GA off of Mount Paran Church Rd. Originally built to become a hunting lodge, the venue was constructed completely with wood from the Charlotte Cotton Compress. The beautiful woodwork of this venue, paired with the large glass windows is sure to catch your eye and really makes this venue stand out as one of a kind. Your guests will love the beauty of the venue, and it’ll definitely be an experience you’ll never forget.

Fair Weather Farms can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests while offering a peaceful and private experience for your big day. I think it’s safe to say that this is a pretty good amount of people to have at your wedding, so you don’t have to worry about cutting anyone off the list! On the property there is a covered reception hall, a cabin, an open pavilion, and a lodge that can hold up to 14 guests overnight. This way, if you want to spend a little extra time with friends or family after the ceremony and reception, you could have a game night and slumber party! This could even be a great option for guests from out of town to give them a little longer stay while also helping them save money on a hotel room.

Getting married outside at Fair Weather Farms is a great option! However, if the weather is not cooperating, there is enough room for the ceremony to move indoors, and you’ll still have a beautiful setting! Although, if you are able to get married outside at Fair Weather Farms, the venue provides a stunning lake view for the setting of your ceremony. The lake view along with the wooded landscape is sure to take your breath away and make for some high quality photos to add to your wedding album.
