The Cotton Warehouse is the perfect venue for couples looking for a modern take on southern-style weddings. Located in historic downtown Monroe, Georgia, The Cotton Warehouse is a beautiful, full-service venue that comes backed by numerous awards including The Knot’s ‘Best of Weddings’ for five years in a row. It’s even in The Knot’s ‘Best of Weddings’ Hall of Fame! If those titles aren’t enough, check out their extensive list of wedding portfolios that show just how beautiful of a venue The Cotton Warehouse proves to be.

The venue itself, a restored 1890s cotton warehouse, features original beam-work and flooring with exposed brick walls to complement the rustic aesthetic. Its beautiful, Pinterest-esque style makes for a unique and charming location that is perfect for couples who are looking for an authentic, one-of-a kind wedding venue. In addition to the indoor space, there is a private garden that is perfect for taking photographs, additional outside space for your guests who need a breath fo fresh air, and even room outside to hold the wedding ceremony itself! With 9,000 square feet of event space, The Cotton Warehouse provides plenty of room for all of your wedding festivities and is perfect for couples looking to accommodate up to 300 guests.

The Cotton Warehouse is a full-service venue. This means that they provide options for catering, floral design, and linens, as well as props and decor rentals. Their vendors, whose services are provided oh so easily for you, have been carefully selected and thought out to provide you with top tier service.

One of my favorite parts on The Cotton Warehouse’s website is their lookbook section. There, they have photo after photo of the options they provide in linens, decor, and other design items. The photographs show all of the current options they have for items such as table runners, table cloths, napkins, light fixtures, birch columns, wedding signs and so much more. It’s great, too, because they show options for the same style item in different colors. This way you can determine if they can provide an item that matches your wedding’s theme and color scheme! Most of the items in the lookbook even have staged photographs so you can see what they would look like in-action and imagine how they would fit into your wedding. Scrolling through the lookbooks, especially their 2019 style guide, almost feels as though the possibilities are endless!

Pricing for The Cotton Warehouse varies depending on the day of your event and the number of guests you plan on inviting. They often have monthly saving deals that lower the price and bundle venue, catering, and decor options! The standard rate to rent the venue for 250-300 guests for a Saturday wedding starts at $3,000. This price includes a 6-hour block of time along with chairs and tables for the ceremony and reception. Catering ranges from $35 per person or $4,500 depending on which price is greater. Prices vary depending on event day and amount of guests; check out their website for full details on exact pricing.
